Oakland space-rockers share the second single from their highly-anticipated new album, Call Of The Void, and announce UK tour-dates...

On June 22nd Lumerians will be returning with their third album, Call of the Void, after four years under the radar. It’s been a long time coming but boy was it worth the wait – the long time spent working on the album allowing the band to hone in 12 mindbending years of sonic exploration into their best collection of tracks to date.

Following the incredible first single ‘Silver Trash’, the band have now shared the latest cut from the LP and announced some UK dates (with a full European tour announcement coming very soon!). Described by the band as being “the soundtrack to a dance party on a dying planet hurtling towards the sun”, ‘Space Curse’ see’s Lumerians do what they do best. As the story behind it goes, the track is a face-melting, cosmic soundtrack to extraterrestrial hedonism – a prog-infected electro stomp that zaps it’s way deep into your psyche, the warped, oscillating synths providing the perfect launch-pad for the neverending motorik beat to blast the song far into the cosmos.
