The Myrrors share the second video from Fuzz Club Session; a hypnotic live rendition of the Eastern-influenced, opiate drone of ‘Semillas Sembradas’

A couple of weeks back we announced that the next Fuzz Club Session will come in the shape of Arizona psych wanderers The Myrrors, kicking things with off with a transcendental live performance of ‘Juanito Lagunas’. With the LP being released on July 27th we’re super excited to be able to share the video for the second track recorded at the session, ‘Semillas Sembradas’. You can watch the clip below…

Originally released as part of an exclusive limited-edition 45 in collaboration with Optical Sounds Magazine, ‘Semillas Sembradas’ is mystical drone done right, and further proof that the musicianship of The Myrrors is enough to put many of their contemporaries to shame. Opening on a bellow of wailing clarinet, sinister violins and a bass guitar played with a bow, the track slowly rolls into a meandering Eastern-influenced psychedelic reverie, vocalist Nik summoning all kinds of spirits with his shamanic vocal chants. Though it may have been recorded in The Pool Studio in South East London, if you close your eyes you might just find yourself transported back in time to a ramshackle opium den surrounded by desert plains, vacant minds and the lingering smell of incense.

Nik Rayne will perform a special The Myrrors solo set at Fuzz Club Eindhoven 2018. For more info about the festival click here.
