The Fuzz Club Festival In Pictures

The lights are on, the reverb’s faded and the smoke has cleared but we’re still buzzing. What an incredible weekend of music, art and community. A special thanks to everyone that travelled to be there and our love to those that couldn’t due to illness and terror. While many people are being hurt by racism, hatred and fear, we are so lucky to be surrounded by people from all around the world who spread love, peace and solidarity. Preview of Trip The Light Fantastic Exhibition, at the Fuzz Club Festival

Exhibitions Fuzz Club Festival Photography

This weekend at the Fuzz Club Festival there will be a showcase of work by filmmakers and photographers Lilly Creightmore and Antonio Curcetti, who have been documenting the psych community around the world for the past few years, the fruits of which will be revealed in Creightmore's upcoming documentary entitled Trip.  They will be exhibiting and selling a selection of limited edition behind-the-scenes and hand-painted portraits of artists such as Moon Duo, Faris Badwan, Joel Gion, Christian Bland and Jerry Bland. These are just a small snippet of their full showcase - Trip the Light Fantastic - which encompasses photography, film, light and music by a fateful crowd of psychotropically inclined picture takers and filmmakers. The showcase...

The KVB Discuss Berlin and Soviet Era Vinyl, Among Other Influences

Berlin Fuzz Club Festival Interviews London The KVB

We first met The KVB at Bad Vibrations gigs and house parties in East London. We'd be lounging around in warehouses bellowing with shoegaze and cigarette smoke, with cans of Red Stripe littered around a floor of ash and fur coats. The KVB’s Kat Day would be dressed in black leather mini skirts and towering heels with her white cheeks and red lips bobbing out under a dark fringe. A friend would comment that he always envied Nick Wood - her bandmate and boyfriend - as he plays the coolest music and has the hottest girlfriend. Now based in Berlin, and with the release of their third album Mirror...
