Night Beats release Fuzz Club Mixtape, stream the playlist now!

Danny Lee Blackwell of Night Beats has put together a killer Fuzz Cub Mixtape of artists that influenced the new 'Rajan' LP! You can stream the playlist below and pick up Rajan on vinyl and CD here

"These are songs I love and in some way serve as a tree-ring of what I was listening to at the time," Blackwell says of the mixtape: "The creation of 'Rajan' had such a sense of urgency, moreso of needing to capture the feeling in a particular state. Turning off all of my antennas, and pointing one directly to the sky and inwards at the same time. Some of these songs found themself lending a subconscious force while creating 'Rajan', some have found new meaning since. On this mixtape you can catch glimpses of meter, tone, textures and stories I love. I am mesmerized by the use of rhythm from 'Ethiopiques Vol 3', heartbroken by Jorge Ben's 'Domingas', rooted in Alice Coltrane's 'Journey into Satchidananda', hypnotized by Donny & Joe Emerson's 'Baby'." - DLB
