The Third Sound release 'You Are Not Here' taken from their incoming Fuzz Club Session
Berlin group The Third Sound (led by Brian Jonestown Massacre guitarist Hákon Aðalsteinsson) are set to release a new Fuzz Club Session LP on December 9th and today they're sharing the latest video from the session, 'You Are Not Here'. The video arrives ahead of newly announced UK/EU tour dates in November/December. You can watch the video below and pre-order the LP here.
A mesmerising piece of dark, psychedelic post-punk, the track was originally taken from The Third Sound's 'Gospels of Degeneration' album and the session version features guest vocals by Lucy Kruger (Lucy Kruger & The Lost Boys, Medicine Boy).
Recorded live at Berlin's Marie Antoinette club, the 10-track Fuzz Club Session album sees The Third Sound perform a discography-spanning set with tracks from last year's highly-praised 'First Light' LP (2021), 'All Tomorrow's Shadows' (2018), 'Gospels of Degeneration' (2016), 'The Third Sound of Destruction and Creation' (2013) and 'The Third Sound' (2011).
The session is released on vinyl, digitally and as a series of videos by Fuzz Club Records - 'You Are Not Here' being the latest preview following the release of the 'Ghosts of Memphis' video last month. The session is number 19 in the series, which has also captured likes of A Place To Bury Strangers, Night Beats, Holy Wave, Heaters, The Entrance Band, The Myrrors, Lumerians, The Underground Youth, 10 000 Russos and more.
