International Shipping: Important, please read.
Shipping to the US
Music media such as vinyl records and CDs are exempt from any UK>US tariffs/duties as they are deemed 'Informational Material' by US law. We also ship using DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) services to the US meaning in the event that duties/tariffs are incorrectly charged, Fuzz Club will be the one billed (and responsible for disputing) not the customer, who should still receive their items without issue or hold-up.
Please note that printed merchandise such as t-shirts etc are not exempt. As such, the US merch prices in the store have been increased by an additional 10% so that US customers are essentially pre-paying the 10% tariff/duty when they place their order. The items will then ship using a DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) service as above, with Fuzz Club paying the necessary charges using the 10% already collected at the point of sale.
Shipping to the EU
Fuzz Club is IOSS registered which allows us to collect EU VAT on orders up to €150 in value, meaning customers ordering from the EU should not be charged VAT or custom duties when their order lands.
In the rare event that your IOSS-eligible order is stopped by customs and you are incorrectly asked to pay the VAT again, get in touch here and we will be able to provide digital copies of the IOSS shipping label and VAT receipt which you can send to customs to get things cleared. This is usually fixed pretty quickly and easily as it usually always a mistake on their side.
Unfortunately orders above €150 cannot ship via IOSS and will most likely require the payment of VAT/duties on delivery, which is the customer's responsibility.
