International Shipping: Important, please read.
Shipping to the US
Music media such as vinyl records and CDs are deemed Informational Material by US law which means they are exempt from any tariffs or duties.
We also ship using DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) services meaning in the event that duties/tariffs are incorrectly charged Fuzz Club will be responsible for paying them (or, should we say, disputing them) not the customer.
Shipping to the EU
Fuzz Club is IOSS registered which allows us to collect EU VAT on orders up to €150 in value, meaning customers ordering from the EU should not be charged VAT or custom duties when their order lands.
In the rare event that your IOSS-eligible order is stopped by customs and you are incorrectly asked to pay the VAT again, get in touch here and we will be able to provide digital copies of the IOSS shipping label and VAT receipt which you can send to customs to get things cleared. This is usually fixed pretty quickly and easily as it usually always a mistake on their side.
Unfortunately orders above €150 cannot ship via IOSS and will most likely require the payment of VAT/duties on delivery, which is the customer's responsibility.
