Album News: Floral Image - Gone Down Meadowland

Floral Image are today announcing their debut album 'Gone Down Meadowland' and setting free lead single ‘Burning 305’, out April 25th

Norwich, UK outfit Floral Image are today announcing their debut album 'Gone Down Meadowland' and setting free lead single ‘Burning 305’. Out April 25th on Fuzz Club, you can pre-order on limited LP/CD here

On ‘Gone Down Meadlowand’, Floral Image wanted to hone a brand of East-Coast psychedelia that reflected the natural lusciousness and glorious solitude of the immediate world around them. Over 30 songs were conjured, considered and arranged before being whittled down to a final 10 that epitomise what they do best - ten tracks of vivid hue, harnessed live power, all laced together in fluid lyrical harmonies. Veering between shimmering psychedelic pop-soaked charms and white-knuckle motorik wig-outs.

The album is available to pre-order now on limited 180g 'Dream' blue vinyl exclusive to the Fuzz Club store and Membership (hand-numbered /350), 180g 'Sun' yellow eco-mix vinyl at live shows and Venus Vinyl, standard 'Meadownland' green vinyl and CD.

Produced by the band themselves, mixed by Hugh Fothergill of Volleyball, and mastered by Joseph Carra at Crystal Mastering of KGLW fame, ‘Gone Down Meadowland’ is Floral Image’s first full flourish. They kick off an Independent Venue Week UK tour tomorrow and have also today announced a UK/EU album tour kicking of in April, including a stop at the Fuzz Club Festival in Eindhoven on May 9/10th.
