About the remix, Lover says: "Last year, around the time Cosmic Joke was released, I was lucky enough to have done a couple weeks on the road opening for The KVB. In the van, we had a lot of time to vibe out, talking about music, sharing songs and all that. They're great folks with stellar taste and obviously super talented. It's an honor to have them do this remix. I love the Motorik beat, dark bass line and ominous synths they added. They really transformed it into something all their own."
