Ashinoa share third single 'Monstera', from incoming album 'Un'altra Forma' out Nov 28th

Lyon experimental outfit Ashinoa are dropping the sublime new single ‘Monstera’  It’s the third taste of their incoming album, ‘Un’altra Forma’, ahead of its release November 28th! Pre-order the new limited pink vinyl here

‘Un’altra Forma’, Ashinoa’s third full-length, finds the trio assuming another form (as the title translates.) Whilst still driven by the synthesised motorik beats and experimental electronica of 2022's ‘L’Orée’, Ashinoa’s third full-length sees the sound expanded and all the more cinematic – infusing hazy psychedelic jazz, 60s Bossa/MPB and library music. The result balances head-down electronics and moments of breezy, downtempo bliss.

Describing new single ‘Monstera’, their answer to Mort Garson’s Plantasia, Ashinoa’s Matteo Fabbri says: “The Monstera is a reassuring plant with large, deep green, shiny leaves. For this piece, we sought to create a reliable and serene sound space.”
