Flying Moon In Space release 'barbarian', the final single from incoming their 'immer für immer' LP out March 13th
Flying Moon In Space release ‘barbarian’, the and final single from their incoming ‘immer für immer’ ahead of its release on March 13th 2026. Pre-order the Leipzig band’s third album on limited edition black/red marble vinyl here
Occupying a world where high-energy motorik rhythms, experimental instincts and pop sensibility intertwine, new album ‘immer für immer’ burrows deeper into their live-improvised blend of krautrock, post-punk, shoegaze and experimental electronics. In support of the record, Flying Moon In Space also recently announced UK and European tour-dates in April/May, including a stop at the Fuzz Club Festival 2026.
On ‘barbarian’, which follows recent singles ‘we come in peace’ and ‘where are you’, Flying Moon In Space’s Henrik Rohde says: “Although humanity can look back on enormous scientific and technological achievements, everyday life is marked by crises and resentment. The song is a protest anthem against the brutalisation of morals and the de-individualisation of society, and asks whether we have really evolved over the past 10,000 years. barbarian is a musical attempt to express feelings such as anger and powerlessness.”
