Venice, Italy band New Candys are unleashing ‘Night Surfer’, the second single to be lifted from their incoming fifth album ‘The Uncanny Extravaganza’, released May 30th. Pre-order the album on limited colour vinyl and CD here

Following recent lead single 'Regicide', New Candys’ Fernando Nuti says of the latest single: “The night surfer is someone who moves through the night, surrounded by its shadows and artificial lights. But when morning comes and the natural sun rises, sometimes it’s better to forget what happened just hours before.”

Marking a bold evolution in the band’s sound, 'The Uncanny Extravaganza' blends their signature psych-rock roots with electronic influences and striking production by Maurizio Baggio (The Soft Moon, Boy Harsher) – veering between aggressive, gritty sounds, synth-driven rhythms, and dreamy, melancholic minimalism.

The album is supported by May/June UK and European tour dates – including a stop at the Fuzz Club Festival on May 10th – and a newly announced Australia and New Zealand tour in July!
