New six-track EP is comprised of stripped-back acoustic takes of singles from Night Beats' fifth full-length Outlaw R&B

For Bandcamp Friday, Texas-born outfit Night Beats released a new EP comprised of acoustic renditions of select tracks from this year's 'Outlaw R&B' LP. Featuring stripped-back versions of 'Stuck In The Morning', 'New Day', 'Hell In Texas', 'Crypt', 'Shadow' and 'Revolution', the 'Outlaw R&B Acoustic Versions' EP is available to stream below and download here.

Talking about the EP, which is available exclusively via Bandcamp, Night Beats' Danny Lee Blackwell said: "I used to always search out alternate versions of songs from my favorite albums, such as rare Arthur Lee, Roky Erickson, Wanda Jackson takes. It was like finding hidden levels on your favorite game or a new chapter in a book you already loved. I wanted to make sure there were alternate versions of my songs for people to find and enjoy."
