Out Now: Baby Cool - Infinity Baby

New Baby Cool album 'Infinity Baby' out now on limited marble vinyl

'Infinity Baby', the new album Baby Cool's new album, is out now via Bad Vibes / Fuzz Club in Europe. The second full-length from the Bundjalung, Australia-based artist Grace Cuell (also of Nice Biscuit) is streaming now and you can grab a copy on limited marble vinyl here

Grace Cuell writes songs as a way of making sense of the world around her. On 'Infinity Baby', she takes a gentle look at what it means to be human as the pendulum swings between shadow and light. Where her debut 'Earthling on the Road to Self Love' felt almost whimsical in its search for meaning, Infinity Baby is more grounded and honest:

"The record is a deep dive into the shadows around me—some I cast myself and others are cast by people and things beyond my control. In the songs there is honesty, cynicism, love and a sense of surrender (sometimes defeat). I seem to be spinning around in a vortex of life meaning everything and sometimes meaning nothing. In the end, I always circle back to some sort of hope around it all."

Working alongside producer Samuel Joseph (King Gizzard, Baby Rainbow, Family Jordan) and more, the album was made in the hills of the Northern Rivers. Musically, Baby Cool continues to blur psychedelia, folk and kraut-pop, with the spaciousness of her natural surroundings ever-present in the songwriting and production.
