The Black Delta Movement release new single & video 'Photograph'
Kingston-upon-Hull’s The Black Delta Movement have released their new single and video ‘Photograph’. The track is the latest to be lifted from their incoming second album ‘Recovery Effects’, due out April 14th on Fuzz Club. Stream the video below and pre-order the LP here.
Featuring Little Barrie’s Barrie Cadogan and produced by The Heliocentrics’ Malcolm Catto, ‘Recovery Effects’ is TBDM’s first new music in nearly five years and promises 8 tracks of immersive, groove-heavy psychedelic rock.
Arriving following recent singles ‘Fourth Pass Over The Graveyard’ and ‘Zip-Tie’, TBDM’s Matt Burr says of ‘Photograph’: “This song is about feeling retrospective of the last 12 years of The BDM. Good and bad – it all led to this and the memories are somehow both vivid and dreamlike."
'Recovery Effects' arrives off the back of The Black Delta Movement’s highly-praised 2018 debut album 'Preservation', UK and European touring and over 300 live shows over the years – sharing stages with the likes of The Jesus and Mary Chain, The Brian Jonestown Massacre, The Stranglers, Drenge, Temples and Toy, to name just a few. In support of the new album, TBDM will play two ‘Recovery Effects’ release shows at London’s 100 Club (May 3rd) and Hull's The New Adelphi (May 5th). They have also just announced a run of dates in the Netherlands supporting Bo Ningen.
